A Weekend for women who can say ‘Yes'

A weekend of empowerment and

exploration for women

	Take your own spring break March 3 and 4th, 2007 at Fanny Bay Community Hall, Vancouver Island.
	A group of Comox Valley women have put together this amazing weekend of self discovery and creativity; with 6 full workshops over 2 days, your journey will include;
	Finding your personal power and expressing it through the sacred and universal beat of the drum.
	Learning about herbs and the interplay between our cycles and the healing power of plants.
	Discovering how to identify and feel safe with your own psychic abilities.
	Connecting with your inner self through the creative and playful process of painting and collage
	Gaining an understanding of the human mind and taking control of your life.
	Learning to embrace, support and express your whole self, through the movement and magic of NIA dance.

Workshops run from 9:00 - approx.5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday,

lunch and snacks are included.
